Paul Jones founded ICG in September 2008 after 13 years working as a Senior Project Manager with two of the industry’s leading commercial builders, Cordukes Limited and Becon Constructions.

Insight’s client range includes Cardinia Shire and Latrobe City Council, schools, childcare centres and kindergartens, aged care operators and medical and dental centres.
It has also undertaken retail and office fit-outs, commercial kitchen fit-outs and refurbishment and hospitality projects for Canvas House, The Melbourne Club, Moonee Valley Racing Club, Veneto Club and Adina Apartments.
The firm has also handled green field and factory developments in Hallam and Braeside and built a new restaurant in Point Cook.
It has also undertaken multiple projects for The Uniting Church in Australia, Woolworths Limited, Dan Murphy’s and BWS fit-outs and renewals
